According to TMZ, Mattie Breaux, who is best known for her appearance in CMT’S reality television series ‘Party Down South’ pled guilty to driving under the influence (DUI) for the third time; the TV personality will serve 7 days in total at Davidson County Jail.
Davidson County Sheriff’s Office chief, Karla West stated that the 30-year-old, will be in jail on weekends until the end of her sentence, in compliance with the regular procedure for DUI cases.
The news obtained by Scoop Nashville says Breaux was under the influence of unprescribed hydrocodone and beer at the occasion that she was driving her Honda.
According to reports of Metro Nashville Police, the reality star crashed her Honda Accord on I-24 at 2:17 a.m. Following the arrest, Breaux was booked into the Metro Jail toward morning the same day. After hours, she was charged with DUI and posted a $2,500 bond; and released in the evening, around 3:30 p.m.
The 30-year-old star will stand trial in the next days.
Breaux, who also appeared in MTV’s ‘Floribama Shore‘ and ‘The Challenge‘ had two prior DUI – driving under the influence – arrests in Louisiana, that led to two-time suspensions of her driver’s license.
