‘Peaky Blinders’ Star Sophie Rundle Is Little Bit Tired Of Being Mom Just 3 Weeks After Welcoming Her Son: “I’ve Got 12 Minutes Till The Baby Wakes Up”

Best known for portraying ‘Ada Shelby‘ in the fan-favorite historical crime television series ‘Peaky Blinders,’ Sophie Rundle took to her verified Instagram account the other day, and revealed that she needs a little break from being a mom to “mentally transport” herself to better.

Rundle, who welcomed her son on the first days of April with her actor husband Matt Stokoe, released a photo of herself drinking a glass of wine, and added a message that reads:

“Reckon I’ve got about 12 minutes till the baby wakes up to neck this wine, thank you for all the birthday love and mentally transport myself to a nice cocktail bar where no one is discussing milk or the varying colour shades of nappy poo.”

The actor and newly mom, who celebrated her 33rd birthday on April 21, received numerous birthday tributes from her fans and flowers following the post. Her ‘Peaky Blinders’ co-star Packy Lee, portraying ‘Johnny’ in the series, left the following comment:

“Happy Happy Birthday… Can’t wait to see you. Hope you got a bit more than 12 mins lol. Have a brill day x.”

As fans might know, Rundle announced the arrival of her baby back on April 11, through her social media channels. The actor, who seems she is already tired of the responsibilities of being a mother, delivered the exciting news that time with the following message, on Instagram:

“Our little boy, who arrived safely and happily over the Easter weekend and changed the game forever. My little egg. My overflowing, grateful heart.”
