American actor Irene Bedard, best known for voicing Disney’s ‘Pocahontas‘ character, which was physically modeled in accordance with her, was arrested two times in three days, according to news obtained by TMZ.
The actor was first arrested on November 28 after the police had received a domestic violence call from Bedard’s ex-husband’s home in Ohio. When the officers arrived at the house, they found Bedard with a belt in her hand, as the police reports say. The actor, who was not able to stand because of intoxication and kicking her teenage son when the police officers came, screamed as follows according to official reports:
“Look, they sent the white man to come get me!”
After that, Bedard resisted the arrest by kicking the officers and refused to go with them with the fear of being driven to jail. Despite all her resistance and her son’s declination to press charges, the actor was arrested for domestic violence, resisting arrest, criminal damaging of the police cruiser, and disorderly conduct.
However, a few days later, police responded to another call regarding the actor; she was arrested for disorderly conduct by Beavercreek PD one more time after she had allegedly attacked the front desk attendant. It was declared that she “appeared to be intoxicated.”
