Hollywood star Priyanka Chopra, who rose to fame with Hindi films, went to social media to let fans know that the highly-anticipated romantic drama film ‘Text For You‘ shooting ended.
Chopra, who recently appeared as ‘Ms. Granada’ in kids superhero film ‘We Can Be Heroes,’ released two posts respectively to say goodbye to the entire cast and the crew of the movie directed by Jim Strouse. The actor first posted a photo of herself on the set, while wearing a coronavirus mask and added a caption saying that the filming was coming to an end:
“Last day on set! #TextForYou. Will miss this incredible crew that I’ve spent the last 3 months with. So special to be at work. #grateful”
After expressing her satisfaction with being a part of the movie, starring Sam Heughan, Celine Dion, Russell Tovey, Steve Oram, Omid Djalili, Sofia Barclay and Celia Imrie, the 28-year old shared another photo of herself while reading the script in her vanity chair, at the backstage. She went on saying:
“That’s a wrap! Congratulations and THANK YOU to the entire cast and crew. See you at the movies🤞🏽”
Chopra also released through Instagram Stories a few more snaps from the last day of the set and showed off how much she is grateful for portraying the lead character in the movie.
As fans might remember, ‘Text For You,’ the English-language remake of the 2016 German movie, ‘SMS für Dich‘ was first announced in April 2019. After a year, in October 2020, the filming started in London and continued in the United States. As for release date has yet been announced.
