Actor and film producer Priyanka Chopra, gearing up to appear in Netflix’s upcoming superhero film ‘We Can Be Heroes,’ announced that her first book, entitled ‘Unfinished‘ will hit the bookshelves in January 2021.
Chopra took to her verified Instagram account to deliver the exciting news; she posted a photo of herself holding a book wrapped with her own book’s jacket and first clarified the photo as follows:
“That feeling when I’m holding my book in my hands for the first time… Just kidding, I only received the jacket so I wrapped it around a book to see what it would really feel like. 😂”
Then the actor, who recently celebrated the 2 years anniversary of marriage with Nick Jonas, declared the release date by writing:
“I can’t wait to get the first printed copy next month! Pre-order your copy at the link in bio.
#Unfinished”
As fans might remember, a few months ago, Priyanka went to Instagram to tell of her memoir, which was announced in June 2018. Stating she started writing several years ago, she ironically named it ‘Unfinished’ to refer to her feeling that there is so much to do in life as a person who has been known for more than 20 years.
Priyanka stated that the memoir, which will be published by Ballantine Books in the United States, Michael Joseph in the United Kingdom, and Penguin Books in India, forced her to look at things differently. She continued:
“In doing so I’ve realized that being “unfinished” has a deeper meaning for me, and has in fact been one of the most common threads of my life…”
