Ralph Ineson Joins ‘The Fantastic Four’ After Legal Battle With Disney

Ineson is joining ‘The Fantastic Four’ as Galactus, right after his legal fight with Disney over a filming injury.

Ralph Ineson joins Marvel’s upcoming ‘The Fantastic Four’ movie as Galactus, just a few months after he sued Disney for injuries he had on film set.

According to recent reports, Ineson was cast as Galactus in ‘The Fantastic Four.’ He saw the news on Twitter recently and shared his reaction:

“World devouring cosmic villain is it? I’ll see what I can do.”

Fans seem pretty excited about the news because Ineson has a deep voice that fits well for Galactus. This isn’t his first time in a Marvel movie, though. He had a small part as a pilot in  ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ back in 2014. You can see Ineson’s tweet below.

Ineson Sued Disney Last Year

Ineson filed a lawsuit against Disney in December last year asking for around $200,000. He got hurt while shooting an action scene for the Disney+ series ‘Willow.’ His lawyers claimed that he had permanent shoulder damage after the scene, and this injury made it hard for him to take on roles that required lots of physical activity.

Joining Ineson in ‘The Fantastic Four’ are Pedro Pascal as Mister Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn as Human Torch, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as The Thing. Julia Garner will play Silver Surfer, and John Malkovich and Paul Walter Hauser also have undisclosed roles.

‘The Fantastic Four’ is directed by Matt Shakman who worked with writers from ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’ and ‘WandaVision.’
