American stand-up comedian, actress, and writer Sarah Silverman joined the group of celebrities demanding justice for Breonna Taylor, who was murdered innocently inside her house by police. Two times Emmy Award winner Silverman posted a photo of herself in a t-shirt with “ARREST THE COPS WHO KILLED BREONNA TAYLOR” on her verified Instagram account and wrote as a caption:
“It’s been 150 days since Breonna Taylor was murdered in her sleep by Jonathan Mattingly, Brett Hankison, and Myles Cosgrove—and her killers have not been charged. Too often Black women who die from police violence are forgotten.”
The creator of the ‘Sarah Silverman Show’s called her followers to raise voice for Taylor and encouraged them not to forget and forgive the cops, who murdered her.
“Let’s stay loud, keep demanding justice for Breonna and her family, and SAY HER NAME.”
Silverman concluded her words as follow:
“This campaign and t-shirt were created by @phenomenal in partnership with the Breonna Taylor Foundation, to which all profits will be donated.”
