Scarlett Johansson Thinks Avengers Cast Group Chat Leak Would Be A Nightmare: ‘Everything Goes On In There!’

Scarlett Johansson has some interesting details about their ‘Avengers’ cast group chat.

Even though some ‘Avengers’ actors have left the Marvel Cinematic Universe, they remain close. Scarlett Johansson shared that their group chat is still going strong.

The actress recently sat down with the New York Times to promote her new film, ‘Fly Me to the Moon’ and confirmed that she, Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Jeremy Renner, Chris Hemsworth, and Mark Ruffalo have created a group chat to stay in touch:

“But hopefully, nobody will ever read it. Everything goes on in there. I mean, really. If somebody’s gotten terrible reviews, that could be something that comes up. ‘The Avengers,’ we’re like a family. We’ve been through an incredible experience over a decade plus of time. It was life-changing for all of us. If you text the chain, you can guarantee that within a few minutes, most people will respond, which is great.”

Jeremy Renner Also Cares About The ‘Avengers’ Family

Johansson agreed with Jeremy Renner about how close they still are. Renner recently talked about his strong friendship with the Avengers stars in an interview with Men’s Health:

“Oh, f*ck yeah, it’s a real thing — it’s not just for Instagram. We f*ckin’ hate that sh*t. No, we have a family chat and have for a long time. When you work with people — look, we all went through a culturally significant experience together. And there’s divorces and marriages and babies; a lot of stuff happened in these 12 years.”

Scarlett is very close with her ‘Avengers’ co-stars. Jackson was at her wedding to Ryan Reynolds in 2008. Johansson also went to Chris Evans’ wedding last September with other former co-stars.

Johansson and her five male co-stars were the core of Marvel’s ‘Avengers’ team. They starred in four ‘Avengers’ movies from 2012 to 2019 and had solo films too. Johansson’s Marvel journey ended with ‘Black Widow’ in 2021. ‘Fly Me to the Moon’ is now showing in theaters.
