Actor Selma Blair, best known for portraying ‘Cecile Caldwell‘ in the well-known cult film ‘Cruel Intentions,’ got candid about her experience of MS – Multiple Sclerosis.
On February 18, through her verified Instagram page, she posted a series of photos from the night Christian Siriano was celebrating his 10th stage anniversary during New York Fashion Week and revealed that she experienced the first symptoms of the disease at that time.
In February 2018, the Hollywood star presented the collection of Siriano in Masonic Hall during NYFW; even though she was lauded high praises for her performance, according to the actor the night was not perfect at all. She told:
“3 years ago. My dearest two pals came to watch the Siriano show. I walked that day. In the show. Noticing for first time, my leg was numb. When I first stepped out. I couldn’t feel the ground or how to lift my left leg.”
Stating that her brain was trying to compute while walking through, the ‘Hellboy’ actor recalled the night with its good aspects anyhow.
“As I walked the runway, stunned. It hardly dampened my day though. Art and Carolyn shot these favorite frames of mine. In that incredible space in nyc. After the show was done. And what a show it was. The greats.”
As soon as the actor released the post, apart from the supportive messages from Instagram users who experienced the same the 1st set of symptoms, her industry friends left comments. Here are some of them:
“You are incredible and such a gorgeous human being inside and out” wrote, Amanda Kloots.
“Love love you miss you” added, Christian Siriano.
