Shanola Hampton, who ended her ‘Shameless‘ career by directing the two episodes of the series, goes on climbing the ladder of success!
On June 3, the actor, who famed internationally after portraying “V” in the Showtime series, fired up her social media channels to confirm the news that she would star in the upcoming NBC series ‘Dangerous Moms“!
To break the news, she first released the screenshot of DEADLINE report which reads ‘Shanola Hampton To Star In & Produce ‘Dangerous Moms’ NBC Pilot Under Talent Deal With NBCU Television & Streaming And Universal TV,’ and then wrote the following note:
“I am beyond excited!!! I’m so grateful to the force that is @janineshermanbarrois! It’s an honor to be a part of the NBC family!”
Through the hashtags, she added to the post, Hampton revealed that it is a new chapter in her life.
According to the abovementioned DEADLINE report, the star, who recently appeared as ‘Elaine Fuller’ in 2021 dated Netflix horror film ‘Deadly Illusions’ opposite Dermot Mulroney, also will serve as a producer for NBC series alongside Rachel Kaplan, Tariq Jalil, and Lucas Carter, Arantxa Écija, and Santi Botello.
What’s more, in the upcoming dark dramedy series, based on ‘Señoras del (h)Ampa,’ Hampton is going to portray one of the moms. As for the release date, has not been declared yet.
