On May 3, actor Rebel Wilson, best known for comedic roles in TV shows and movies, jumped into her verified Instagram account and revealed that she has been struggling with fertility issues.
Wilson delivered the news by writing that she needs to tell someone about the issue, and stated that she feels all the women “out there struggling with fertility.” Previously declared that she got her eggs frozen, the actor continued her message as follows:
“The universe works in mysterious ways and sometimes it all doesn’t make sense… but I hope there’s light about to shine through all the dark clouds.”
A while after, the ‘Pitch Perfect‘ star, who mentioned that she had been diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome back in November, updated her post in order to thank those who shared their own stories about the hardships regarding infertility. She added:
“Social media for the win here in terms of creating connection when I was in a very lonely place. So thank you everyone.”
One of those who supported Wilson by sharing their own stories, was Hollywood star Sharon Stone. The well-known actor, who had quite tough days due to the coronavirus pandemic, jumped into the comments section as soon as Wilson had shared the abovementioned post. By referring to her three sons, Stone wrote:
“Been there repeatedly there is good news I have three beautiful sons.”
As known, Stone suffered from early miscarriages and then adopted son Roan Joseph back in 2000; after that, she adopted Laird Vonne in 2005 and then Quinn Kelly in 2006.
