Sia Shares Excitement For Her Upcoming Film ‘Music’ Which Triggers Attention With Its Different Subject

Grammy-winning singer Sia has always been a remarkable musician with her unique voice and distinctive image, but now she is not only a musician but also a film scriptwriter and director. She shared the poster of the film and made an announcement on her Instagram account.

Sia shot her first feature film which she named ‘Music‘ co-written with Dallas Clayton. The lead roles of the film are Maddie Ziegler, who has been leading Sia’s music videos for years, and the famous actress Kate Hudson. Kate Hudson changed her image for the movie and got a short haircut and also voiced the soundtrack of the movie ‘Music.’

The film’s plot focuses on an autistic teenage girl whose name is Music and her perception of the world. Sia described her film as a love letter addressing both caregivers and the autism community. She announced the release date and her excitement as follows:

“‘Music’ the film arrives next week! 🎧🌈 If you’re in the US, select @IMAX theaters will safely be showing the film for one night only on February 10th at limited capacity. Get tickets + fans around the world you can also find out how to watch the film on – Team Sia”

After the release of the movie’s trailer, it faced unexpected criticism by some people who thought a real autistic actor should have played the role instead of Maddie. Therefore, it will be clear after the release whether this first movie of Sia will turn out to be a success or a failure.
