Gained further recognition for his role as ‘Scott McCall‘ on MTV’s teen series, ‘Teen Wolf,’ actor and singer Tyler Posey heralded that his pop-punk genre song is now out.
As known, even though Posey is better known for his acting, he has played with certain bands and included in some musical works. After quitting his previous band PVMNTS, he teamed up with band Five North and showed off his skills by releasing a couple of songs. In March 2021, he launched his first solo single ‘Shut Up.’
To deliver the big news, Posey took to his verified social media accounts; through respective posts, the actor & musician told the world that the song would be out as of the date of March 5, and added that blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and Indie darling Phem featured on the project.
Regarding the release of his solo debut, co-written and produced by John Feldmann, the young artist wrote on Instagram.
“Anyone out there like pop punk? Because I do. I have a new song out called SHUT UP with the one and only @phem and @travisbarker produced by @johnfeldy the pop punk king @bignoise”
Then Posey, who stated in a press statement that the song progressed naturally in a perfect way, concluded his words as follows:
“Go listen and mosh in your room until we can play this song live for all of you :)”
