‘The Batman’ filming paused again after Robert Pattinson, portraying ‘Batman,’ had tested positive for coronavirus, according to The Hollywood Reporter and Vanity Fair.
A spokeswoman for Warner Bros studios said:
“A member of The Batman production has tested positive for Covid-19 and is isolating in accordance with established protocols. Filming is temporarily paused.”
A shortly after this statement announced, the rumors spread quickly through US media and was claimed that the one tested positive for the virus was the lead actor, Robert Pattinson. However, Warner Bros and Pattinson’s representatives did not make a comment on the reports.
As remember, the production of the film, directed by ‘Planet of the Apes’ filmmaker Matt Reeves, halted due to the pandemic, earlier 2020 for almost 6 months. Only three days ago, filming of ‘The Batman’ resumed in Leavesden north of London. According to the claim of Vanity Fair, the actor caught the virus days after shooting resumed.
