‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ Can Be Cancelled Due To Low Ratings

American daytime talk show, ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ has been announced that could be taken off the air because of the low ratings in recent months.

During the lockdown, Ellen DeGeneres who has been presenting the show for almost 17 years, went on hosting from her home in California.

However, at this period, certain rumors arose and DeGeneres has been accused of treating her staff meanly. It was also said that she has not provided payments regularly for staff members.

Following these allegations, cancellation rumors came out. Contrary to predicted, producers announced that the show may be canceled but not because of Ellen’s behaviors.

Although, the main reason seems highly correlated with her. So much so that, reportedly, the show has seen a 14 percent drop in ratings after accusations.

Now, it is being waited for an official announcement.
