Ellen DeGeneres revealed, her syndicated TV talk show that has been running since 2003, would return to TV in a short period for season 18.
DeGeneres, who faced considerable controversies for the allegations of abuse, racism, workplace toxicity, and sexual harassment against her staff, said as follows in an exclusive statement obtained by USA TODAY:
“I can’t wait to get back to work and back to our studio. And, yes, we’re gonna talk about it”
The 62-year-old embattled host referred to allegations of racism, sexual harassment, and workplace toxicity, by “It.”
According to updates, the show will air for season 18 on Monday, September 21. Also, actress and comedian Tiffany Haddish will join to show to help the kick-off, and Kerry Washington, Alec Baldwin, and Chrissy Teigen, Chris Rock, Amy Schumer, Adam Sandler, and Orlando Bloom will appear as a guest.
Besides, Stephen “tWitch” Boss, who has been working as a DJ on the show for six years, will return but as a guest host.
