The cast of ‘The Secret Life of the American Teenager‘ came together for a good reason after seven years since the show was ended.
The cast including Megan Park, Daren Kagasoff, Shailene Woodley, Kenny Baumann, Molly Ringwald, Francia Raisa, Greg Finley teamed up with HeadCount, and carried out a virtual reunion intending encouraging the series’ fans to hit the polls, as a part of the #GoodToVote campaign.
During the JustJared-hosted video chat, the co-stars both remembered the old days and spoke over voting in the 2020 election. Megan Park, portraying ‘Grace Bowman‘ in the teen drama Tv series, said that all crew felt like they were actual high school friends, even if lots of time passed.
Molly Ringwald, playing ‘Anne Jeurgens’ added that she felt like the fanbase of the series, ended its five-season run in 2013, was really the people that were going to change their wretched existence.
As for Shailene Woodley, portraying ‘Amy Jeurgens’ stated that the show inspired thousands, millions, of young adults across the country. She added:
“So being on ‘Secret Life’ propelled me to be more vocal about my own belief systems.”
‘The Secret Life of the American Teenager,’ created by Brenda Hampton, aired on ABC Family from 2008 to 2013.
