The actress and comedian Tiffany Haddish, who gained recognition with her role as ‘Nekeisha Williams’ on ‘The Carmichael Show’ interviewed Dr. Anthony Fauci, one of the world’s leading experts on infectious diseases, and revealed that she tested positive for novel coronavirus. The actress shared the interview video, which she talks about her COVID-19 experience in, through her YouTube channel.
After discussing coronavirus symptoms, impacts, and vaccine efforts with Dr. Fauci, ‘Tiffany Haddish Presents: They Ready’ star told:
“I was working on a movie and someone in the movie contracted coronavirus. I was not in direct contact with them, but they sent all of us home, we stopped the movie. They suggested I go get tested. I got tested, got the results back two days later, they said I didn’t have the coronavirus.”
Though she tested negative for the virus at the first testing process, she was revealed she had the virus at the second turn.
“Get the tests the second time. I’m not feeling any symptoms or anything, and it comes back like two days later, and they said I did have the coronavirus.”
Then she self-isolated for months, after 12 times tested, she went back to work. She also stated that got tested for antibodies, however, she did not have them.
“That was three months ago. I’ve been tested 12 times now because I’ve been working and everything.”
