Academy-Award winning actor Tom Hanks, who had received a Presidential Medal of Freedom from President Barack Obama, posted an image with a written message, on Instagram on June 16 and called people for voting.
One of the most recognizable film stars worldwide, Tom Hanks wrote the followings on the mentioned image to encourage Americans to vote for upcoming elections:
“We all must vote, yes?
I mean, seriously – we all must vote, right?”
The favorite actor of director Steven Spielberg, Hanks added by referring to the diversity that composes the country:
“When We All Vote, America can be America for All Americans.”
Then, ‘Catch Me If You Can’ co-star captioned the post as follows:

Similarly, in the previous days, 63-year-old Tom Hanks had made a statement and had asked his followers if they were voting, or not:
