Tyrese Gibson Says ‘Fast & Furious 9’ May Be “The First Global Event That Will Get Out Loved Ones Back In Theaters”

Well-known singer and actor Tyrese Gibson went to his verified Instagram account with a big announcement for the fans of ‘Fast & Furious‘ film series,

As known, recently, it was officially announced that the latest franchise of the fan-favorite series, ‘F9‘ has been scheduled to be released on June 25, 2021. Once the exciting news spread, Gibson, portraying ‘Roman Pearce‘ in the film, jumped into his verified social media accounts and heralded that a great movie is waiting for the audiences.

After stating that he is about to see the film directed by Justin Lin for the first time “a full screening of Fast9 private room with just” him and his loved ones, Gibson added the following note underneath the official release poster:

“Universal has kept this one on complete lockdown on levels that has never happened before I can’t wait to finally see the work… June 25… Rumor has it Fast will be the first global event that will get our loved ones back in theaters worldwide.”

As fans might remember, the film, starring Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez,  Chris “Ludacris” BridgesJohn Cena, Sung Kang, Helen Mirren, and Charlize Theron, was originally scheduled to release back in April 2019. However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the producers had to wait a bit longer for the premiere.

The 42-year-old actor continued his message by implying that ‘F9’ would break certain records even in the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. In his own words:

“So proud of the success of King Kong Vs Godzilla and it’s traction… Fast is about to really bring em out! [ I must advise everyone to move safely….. Streaming this was not an option FAST9 belong to the people so we’re gonna bring it!”

As soon as the actor had uploaded the post, thousands of Instagram users took to the comments section to express their excitement regarding the release.
