Vin Diesel Teases An Emotional Paul Walker Tribute To Appear In ‘Fast 11’

Diesel hints that ‘Fast & Furious 11’ will include an emotional tribute to Walker.

Vin Diesel gave fans a touching update about the upcoming ‘Fast & Furious 11.’

In a new video he shared on Instagram, Diesel hints that Brian O’Conner’s famous orange Toyota Supra may appear in the big finale. He is standing next to Brian’s car in the video and talking about how special the car is to him, saying:

“For all of you that really, really know the ‘Fast & Furious’ franchise, you can only imagine what this car evoked. That was the first car I came across in this franchise and needless to say, it holds a special place in my heart. All love, always.”

Diesel didn’t say what the shooting was for, but it has fans hoping for a special tribute to Paul Walker.

‘Fast 11’ Will Mark the 25th Anniversary of the First Film

‘Fast & Furious 11’ is set to begin production early next year. Director Louis Leterrier is starting pre-production on September 16th. The film is planned to be released in 2026 — exactly 25 years after the first movie.

The film is also called ‘Fast & Furious X: Part 2.’ There isn’t much information about the plot, but Tyrese Gibson told CBR that the filmmakers are listening to fans. He said the team is working hard to make sure they will enjoy the movie:

“I know that fans over the years have been wanting to kind of ground the film and get back to more of the street racing and get away from being in outer space and all the other stuff. I think right now they’re in the basement, they’re riding, they’re cooking, they’re really trying to pull it together, to make sure that the fans can show up and really enjoy the film.”

‘Fast & Furious 11’ will be the second-to-last movie in the series.
