Watch Ryan Reynolds And Hugh Jackman Interview Each Other In This Hilarious Video

Reynolds and Jackman have been friends for 17 years.

Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman interviewed each other for People magazine, and the result was hilarious.

Ryan and Hugh talk about their friendship and what makes it so strong in the video. Ryan compares his friendship with Hugh to his marriage with Blake Lively, saying:

“I am genuinely rooting for you, all the time. I want you to win. It’s the same way I feel about Blake. As I’m rooting for her, I know she’s rooting for me, and it’s why we’re so connected.”

Hugh says that he feels comfortable telling Ryan anything without feeling judged:

“Ever since I’ve known you, and I would say in particular in, like the last five, 10 years, we’ve had more time where we go for our walks because you’re an unbelievable listener. So you can tell me anything and I can tell you anything, and I don’t feel like you’re going to be judging or necessarily giving me the answer: ‘Do this.’ And I think that has been the key.”

Ryan also talks about how much he admires Hugh for being kind to everyone on set, not just the important people. Hugh, in turn, praises Ryan for always rooting for him.

They Met On The Set of ‘X-Men Origins: Wolverine’

Ryan and Hugh’s friendship started in 2008 when Ryan was nervous and new to the ‘X-Men’ set. Hugh welcomed him warmly and made him feel at ease. They share a funny moment in the video where Hugh jokes about calling Ryan by the wrong name on their first day of filming the new movie.

They have a special bond that they often show in funny ways on social media. Now, they’re bringing that friendship to the big screen again in ‘Deadpool & Wolverine.’

‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ is the first time Deadpool will be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Hugh retired his Wolverine character after the 2017 movie ‘Logan,’ but Ryan convinced him to come back.
