What Time Will ‘Euphoria’ Season 2 Come Out?

There is a piece of good news regarding the second season of ‘Euphoria’!

The drama series, which premiered back in June 2019 with its groundbreaking 8 episodes, has garnered high praises from both TV critics and the audiences; so much so that, Zendaya, who is playing the titular role in the series as ‘Rue,’ received the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for her performance. What’s more, the 24-year-old actor also became the youngest winner of this award.

After all these achievements concerning the drama series, the fans, of course, wanted to see more; so they started to ask a pressing question: When is the second season of ‘Euphoria’ going to be released?

A few days before, Zendaya heralded that the cast and crew are back on set for filming the second season of the series, starring Maude Apatow, Angus Cloud, Eric Dane, Alexa Demie, Jacob Elordi, Barbie Ferreira, Nika King, Storm Reid, Hunter Schafer, Algee Smith, Sydney Sweeney, and Colman Domingo. In order to deliver the great news, she shared a couple of photos of her co-stars through her Instagram Story. Alongside the photos that see her co-stars on the set, the ‘Malcolm & Marie‘ star wrote that she “missed these kids.

As widely known, like most other TV and film projects, ‘Euphoria’ also halted production due to concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic. So, even though the series was renewed for season 2, the cast was not able to start filming for a new 8-episode. Instead of that, two “bridge” episodes were released; ‘Euphoria Special Episode Part 1: Rue’ and ‘Euphoria Special Episode Part 2: Jules’ came out back in December and January respectively.

Where can you watch ‘Euphoria’ Season 2?

According to the latest updates, the series, created and written by Sam Levinson will continue to be released through HBO.

Although there is no official declaration regarding the release date of ‘Euphoria’ season 2, TV critics predict that it will come out between late 2021 and early 2022.

Until the new season comes, you can watch the special episodes, ‘Euphoria Special Episode Part 1: Rue‘ and ‘Euphoria Special Episode Part 2: Jules‘ on HBO Max now.
