Jonathan Igla-created television miniseries, which based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name has been set to release! Here all we know about the upcoming Disney+ series, ‘Hawkeye.’
The fanbase of the Marvel character has been waiting for the good news since the showrunner announced that ‘Hawkeye’ would back with a TV series. As known, in 2019, it was declared that the development of the series starring Jeremy Renner had started. The same year – in 2019 – the series, which is developed for DisneyPlus, officially announced at San Diego Comic-Con by executive producer Kevin Feige.
In 2020, the rest of the cast was announced; Hailee Steinfeld, Vera Farmiga, Fra Fee, Tony Dalton, Zahn McClarnon, Brian d’Arcy James and Alaqua Cox would appear in the series produced by Marvel Studios. Of course, the audiences focused on the news that Steinfeld would portray ‘Kate Bishop / Hawkeye.’ The same year, also Rhys Thomas and Bert & Bertie attached as directors in July 2020.
The filming for the series began back in 2020 in New York City and Atlanta and concluded in April 2021. After the series was wrapped up, the streaming platform announced the release date; ‘Hawkeye’ is coming out in late 2021!
How many episodes of Hawkeye 2021 are there?
The series, which is going to be part of Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, will have six or eight episodes. Both Disney+ and Marvel Studios have yet revealed the exact number of episodes. However, we surely know that series will center on ‘Clint Barton’ and his trainee, ‘Kate Bishop.’
