There is a piece of good news for the well-known children’s television series created by Keith Chapman and Spin Master Entertainment, ‘Mighty Express‘; first, the series was not cancelled, second, it is set to hit Netflix in July!
Animated TV series premiered in the U.S. back on September 22, 2020, had been renewed for the fourth season a while ago and the streaming giant announced that the development process for the next season ended.
What’s ‘Mighty Express’ season 4 release date?
Back on June 23, through Netflix’s official Twitter account, it was announced that the ‘Mighty Express’ would return to the streaming platform with its fourth season somewhere in July; the announcement made with the following words plus a calendar bearing the name of the TV show:
“From Wynonna Earp Season 4 and The Twilight Saga to Atypical’s Final Season and the return of Outer Banks, here is a sneak peek at ~some~ of what’s coming to Netflix (in The US) this July!”
Following this tweet, Netflix announced that the series will hit the platform on July 27.
According to the updates provided by Netflix, the first episode called ‘A Mighty Christmas,’ was written by Ron Holsey and provided by Atomic Cartoons. Here is the first episode’s original synopsis:
“The entire Mighty Express fleet must pitch in when Christmas is jeopardized by delayed letters, an inability to make more toys, and a snowstorm so big the reindeer can’t fly.“
