Fan-favorite superhero television series, ‘Titans‘ had been renewed for season 3 back in 2019; after a year, DC announced that the series, starring Brenton Thwaites, Anna Diop, Teagan Croft, Ryan Potter, Curran Walters, Conor Leslie, Alan Ritchson, Minka Kelly, Chelsea Zhang, and Joshua Orpin, will be released in the fourth quarter of 2020. However, the third season has not premiered yet because of the delays amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

What’s the release date of ‘Titans’ season 3?
Filming for ‘Titans,’ based on the characters on the DC Comics team “Teen Titans,” began on October 13, 2020, after multiple delays because of the coronavirus pandemic. A few days ago, – on June 15 – both showrunners and the stars of the series announced that the production for ‘Titans’ season 3 was wrapped. Anna Diop, portraying the superheroine ‘Starfire’ in the series, delivered the exciting news with the following words:
“And just like that…we’re outta here. Wrapped on Season 3 of Titans! Jay can’t believe it either. Thank you to all of our incredible fans. I love you more than I can express. We’ll see you all in August on HBO Max!”
Once the actors told the world that the filming is done, the fanbase of the series started asking about the release date of the third season. According to the announcement made by HBO Max, which is the new platform the series will be released through, ‘Titans’ season 3 is scheduled to start streaming on August 12. After the premiere in August, the subsequent episodes will be released weekly every Thursday.
There might be even more good news for Titans fans, as the show has reportedly gained an early renewal, meaning season 4 is officially in the works
Which cast members are returning for ‘Titans’ season 3?
It is expected that almost all the members of the main cast including Brenton Thwaites, Anna Diop, Ryan Potter, Alan Ritchson, Teagan Croft, Minka Kelly, Curran Walters, Conor Leslie, Joshua Orpin, Chelsea Zhang, Damaris Lewis, and Iain Glen will reprise their roles for the next season.
What’s more, well-known characters from the ‘Batman’ universe, ‘Barbara Gordon‘ (to be portrayed by Savanna Welch) and ‘Tim Drake‘ (by Jay Lycurgo) will be seen in the third season.
