Wil Wheaton Remembers ‘The Big Bang Theory’ Days With An Unpublished TBT Photo: “A Pretty Special Day At Work”

Star Trek‘ actor Wil Wheaton, who last appeared in the thriller ‘Rent-A-Pal‘ as ‘Andy,’ went to his verified Instagram account in order to recall ‘The Big Bang Theory‘ days.

On June 17, Wheaton, who featured in the comedy series as himself for 17 episodes, released a never-before-seen photo captured on the set with his co-stars Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco, Simon Helberg, Kunal Nayyar, Sara Gilbert, Mayim Bialik, Melissa Rauch;  guest stars, former basketball player Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and filmmaker Kevin Smith.

Alongside the photo, the 48-year-old added a note that reads:

A pretty special day at work. All of the people in this picture wanted to take this picture. Nobody wanted to be the one who asked. It was Kareem who asked for it, and made it happen.”

The actor & producer, who expresses at every turn that he was very satisfied with being a part of the fan-favorite series created by Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady, concluded his words with these adorable words:

What an incredible gift. What an honor, for this weird kid from the valley to be part of this moment.”

As soon as the post hit the photo-sharing platform, Kaley Cuoco, who is portraying ‘Penny‘ in the CBS series left the following comment:
