Actor and screenwriter Zach Braff, best known for his role as ‘J. D.’ in ‘Scrubs,’ spoke of the final moments of Nick Cordero’s life, who passed away due to COVID-19. Cordero’s best friend and former co-star in ‘Bullets Over Broadway,’ Zach Braff posted a photo of two and warned people to avoid coronavirus.
He first made mention of Cordero’s last days:
“Nick Cordero was 100% healthy with no pre-existing conditions when COVID-19 attacked him. He remains unconscious on life support in the ICU for over a month. His leg was amputated due to complications.”
Then ‘The Ex’ actor addressed the people, who do not get serious of this infectious disease:
“Please spread the word about Nick, as the world begins to open back up, I fear far too many people assume this could never happen to themselves or their loved ones. ‘I’m young and healthy, I’ll be fine,’ one might think. It’s just not the case.”
As might be remembered, Cordero died on July 5, 2020, after 95 days of hospitalization. He was just 41.
Braff concluded his words as follows:
“COVID-19 didn’t care that Nick has a wife and a little baby named Elvis and just bought his first home. It can happen to anyone.”
Just a short before this Instagram post, Popular tattoo artist Dr. Woo had released the news regarding that Braff had got a tattoo of his friend, Cordero in his three-piece suit dancing on his arm. The tattoo artist had uploaded a black and white photo of the finished work and wrote as a caption:
“In loving memory to the greatest 🌟 @nickcordero1 on his friend @zachbraff.”
