Despite the excitement, Marvel has yet to confirm if Doctor Doom appears in ‘Deadpool & Wolverine.’ Besides, other fans suggest that it’s not him, as he rarely used firearms.
Other Highlights From the ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’
‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ is set to introduce the multiverse concept by bringing together characters from both the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and the X-Men universe. This opens the door for numerous cameo appearances, including Jennifer Garner reprising her role as Elektra, and Aaron Stanford’s return as Pyro.
In the trailer, Wade Wilson is also seen saying he is ‘the Messiah’ who’s going to change everything, which might mean that Deadpool is on its way to save MCU. Reynolds shared the trailer on his Instagram and revealed the teaser poster as well.
Directed by Shawn Levy, the film is slated for release on July 26, 2024. With its blend of humor, action, and the potential for surprise character appearances, ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ is expected to be a landmark release for the MCU, which faced mixed reactions to its Phase Four and Five projects.
