Netflix Removes DC Movies Soon In Major Spring Update

Netflix is saying goodbye to 11 DC superhero movies at the end of March 2024. If you want to watch Batman, Wonder Woman, or Aquaman, do so before they’re gone.

Netflix announced that they will remove 11 DC Universe movies from their collection before the spring.

According to an article on Netflix’s official website, the films will be gone on March 31, 2024. All 11 are popular titles from the DCU, like ‘Man of Steel,’ ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,’ and ‘Justice League.’ Others are:

Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn)
Black Adam
Justice League
Shazam!
Shazam! Fury of the Gods
Suicide Squad
The Suicide Squad
Wonder Woman
Wonder Woman 1984

DC Films Stayed On Netflix For One Year

Netflix added DC films to its library last year. This was part of a contract between Netflix and Warner Bros (WB) to make DCU films more accessible and popular.

Max hosts DC films, but it isn’t available in every country except the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. It’s reported that Max will be coming to 22 European countries that have HBO Max in Spring 2024.

Netflix’s ‘Spring Clean’ also includes other films and TV shows. ‘Lady Bird,’ ‘Carol,’ ‘John Wick,’ and several others will be leaving the platform throughout March.
