‘Hellraiser’s Return Will Be ‘Crazier Than Ever,’ Producer Promises

The team behind the 2022 film is talking about making another one that promises to be even wilder.

A ‘Hellraiser’ reboot was released on Hulu in 2022. Since then, it seemed possible the movie would return. It appears that good news might be on the horizon.

Producer Keith Levine recently talked to ComicBook.com about what’s coming next. Even though he didn’t confirm a new movie is definitely happening, he did say they’re thinking a lot about it:

“Yeah. We are trying to do a follow-up and there have been conversations. I can’t exactly say where we’re at in those conversations, but Bruckner is involved in those conversations, and we spent a lot of time and energy. … Moving forward, we love that all that knowledge is banked and that time has been spent. So we think that moving forward and going into another movie is just going to be even crazier and even more awesome. So yeah, that’s something we’re definitely hard at work on, and hope we will have more news soon. “

Levine says they’ve learned a lot from making the first reboot, especially about creating Cenobites. He believes that this will make the next movie even more exciting and wild.

Levine Has Another Project Named ‘The First Omen’

‘The First Omen’ is about a young woman from America who goes to Rome to work for the church. There, she finds out about some really dark and scary stuff that makes her question everything she believes in. This movie has a bunch of actors you might know, like Nell Tiger Free and Charles Dance.

Arkasha Stevenson directed ‘The First Omen,’ and it’s her first big movie. She said she had a lot of help, and it was fun to make. She loves the original ‘The Omen’ movie and wanted to make sure the new one felt just as real:

“I think that the cinematography is very egoless, which really allows everything to feel real and to lose yourself in it. And so that was something that we really wanted to bring as much as possible to this film.”

‘The First Omen’ will be in theaters on April 5th.
