WWE’s Jade Cargill Claims She Has What It Takes To Play Storm In X-Men

She loves the character and thinks she can be a great Storm because she knows how to excite a crowd.

Jade Cargill recently revealed that she dreams of playing X-Men’s Storm in a live-action movie.

Cargill said she’s a big fan of Storm during a ComicBook.com interview at WrestleMania 40. They then asked her if she’d like to portray Storm on the screen. Cargill said:

“Yes, I would love to! Guys, Come on, guys, like Marvel, do you not see this? We don’t need it; what is it called? The enhancement. We don’t need none of that. Like this is real, guys. Come on!”

She Would Save Storm From Trouble

In fact, Storm is the one who she’d want to help out if she were in a tough spot:

“I’m a Storm fan. I love her. I think she’s great. I feel like I’m a woman who controls her elements. I get the crowd to stand up. I get them to sit down. That’s my job, and I feel like she’ll come in and wreck the house. I mean, she’s the strongest X-Men, if you ask me so, Storm.”

Cargill thinks she can bring something special to the role. She once dressed up as Storm for a big wrestling match and won.

Jade isn’t the First One Moving From Wresting to Acting

Other wrestlers like Dave Batista, The Rock, and John Cena also chose to pursue careers in movies. Seth Rollins is another wrestler who will soon appear in a Marvel movie. It seems Jade believes it’s her turn now.

Storm has been played by Halle Berry and Alexandra Shipp before.
