Moon Knight Crew Reveal If The Show Will Have A Second Season

‘Moon Knight’ fans are curious if there will be a Season 2, but recent updates reveal no plans for it yet.

If you’re waiting for ‘Moon Knight’ season 2, the news isn’t quite what you were hoping for.

Meghan Kasperlik, who’s the costume designer for ‘Moon Knight,’ talked about the show’s future with Screen Rant. She said that there are no plans for a second season of ‘Moon Knight’ at Marvel Studios:

“No, people have been asking me and maybe that’s why, because of ‘The Complete First Season’ of the Blu-ray, but no, I’ve heard nothing. I’ve heard nothing about it.”

Moon Knight Can Still Return

A second season may not be on the horizon. But there’s still a chance that Moon Knight could return in other Marvel projects. Kevin Feige hinted at the character’s MCU future last year, saying:

“The fun thing about streaming is they are there forever, and people can keep re-exploring them. Moon Knight, same thing. I think there’s a future for that character as we move forward.”

Actually, he may be part of the Midnight Sons team. This team would include Blade, Werewolf by Night, and Agatha Harkness. Oscar Isaac himself expressed interest in this idea:

“There are such interesting characters in there, and now that we’ve set the groundwork with learning who Marc, Steven, Jake are, it could be an interesting opportunity to see him as part of a team and what that dynamic would be. So I think that would be exciting, I think for me, I definitely hope there’s some room to explore that possibility.”

The upcoming Blade reboot is set to start filming in the fall of 2024. It’s rumored that this film will lay the groundwork for a Midnight Sons crossover.

‘Moon Knight’ Season 1 will be released on 4K UHD and Blu-ray this April 30.
