Elon Musk Sides With J.K. Rowling Over Her Solution To Gender Dysphoria

Rowling and Musk suggested going through puberty was the solution for gender dysphoria.

J.K. Rowling recently voiced her concerns about the use of puberty blockers and said that the ‘best cure’ for gender dysphoria is to let children go through puberty. Elon Musk supported her views and shared on X:

“Well, Rowling is absolutely right! Almost every child goes through some kind of identity crisis during puberty. It is deeply wrong to make them permanently infertile with ‘puberty blockers.’ If they still wish to transition as adults, provided they are fully informed of the risks, they can then make decisions as consenting adults.”

The Billionaire’s Stance Against Gender Identity Laws

Musk also opposed recent laws banning schools from informing parents about children’s gender identity and sexual orientation in California. He left the state in response and wrote on X:

“The state will take away your kids in California.”

The billionaire added in another tweet:

“This is the final straw. Because of this law and the many others that preceded it, attacking both families and companies, SpaceX will now move its HQ from Hawthorne (a Los Angeles suburb), California. I did make it clear to Governor Newsom about a year ago that laws of this nature would force families and companies to leave California to protect their children.”

Rowling’s Controversial Remarks On The Matter

Meanwhile, J.K. Rowling made the headlines with her remarks on the London and South East Women’s Regional Football League’s first transgender manager, Lucy Clark. Her tweet on the matter read:

“When I was young all the football managers were straight, white, middle-aged blokes, so it’s fantastic to see how much things have changed.”

Clark responded to negative reactions from Rowling and other conservative names by saying she was ‘living my best life.’
