‘Moon Knight’s Oscar Isaac Says He Hopes To Return For Marvel’s ‘Midnight Sons’ Movie

There’s a buzz that Marvel Studios might be cooking up a ‘Midnight Sons’ movie, and the ‘Moon Knight’ actor seems really into the idea.

Talk about a ‘Midnight Sons’ movie started to pop up right after Disney+’s ‘Moon Knight’ finished up after six episodes in 2022. Daniel Richtman, who often shares movie insider info, has recently hinted that this project is actually moving ahead.

During a recent panel at the Middle East Film and Comic Con., Oscar Isaac himself talked about the possibility, saying:

“I thought there was an interesting opportunity with Midnight Sons. There’s such interesting characters in there, and now that we’ve set the groundwork with learning who Marc, Steven, Jake are, it could be an interesting opportunity to see him as part of a team and what that dynamic would be. So I think that would be exciting, I think for me, I definitely hope there’s some room to explore that possibility.”

Will We Actually See A ‘Midnight Sons’ Project?

Although there’s no official confirmation on the project, recent rumors suggested that Michael Giacchino, who helmed ‘Werewolf By Night,’ was in talks to direct the ‘Midnight Sons’ movie.

The chatter about the film got even louder after Marvel announced ‘The Fantastic Four,’ featuring Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, and Joseph Quinn in the main cast. That movie, supposedly set in the 1960s, will start shooting later this year.

But when it comes to ‘Midnight Sons,’ nothing is clear. The studio’s got a lot planned, especially with new Avengers movies on the way, so it might be a while before ‘Midnight Sons’ happens.
