‘The Boys’ Season 4 Is Done, But It Won’t Be Released Soon

The show needs more work to get ready for fans around the world.

The filming for ‘The Boys” fourth season is finished, but the new episodes won’t be available to watch.

Eric Kripke recently tweeted that there’s still a lot of work to do before the season can be watched by people all over the world. The episodes need to be adjusted so that viewers from different countries can enjoy them:

“For everyone asking why we can’t release it right away: now Amazon needs to dub the show in dozens of languages, different countries need different formats, on and on. It’s what happens when you drop the show globally at once. That’ll take ’em right up to June 13.”

All these are important because ‘The Boys’ will be released globally at the same time.

You can see Kripke’s tweet below.

Season 4 Will Be Pretty Exciting

Victoria Neuman is closer to becoming president. She is under the control of Homelander, who is gaining more power. Butcher is having a tough time because he’s very sick and has lost important people in his life. The rest of the team is upset with him because he hasn’t been honest. But they still need to work together to stop a big threat to the world.

Season 4 will feature some familiar faces and some new ones. Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, and Erin Moriarty are returning, and Susan Heyward, Valorie Curry, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan will join the cast. ‘Supernatural’s Jared Padalecki talked about possibly appearing in the show, but there’s just talk.

‘The Boys’ Season 4 is coming back on Prime Video on June 13.
