Max Debuts The First Trailer For ‘Velma’ Season 2 With Big Promises

Max just released a new trailer for ‘Velma’ Season 2, promising bigger mysteries and more danger.

Max just shared the first look at the second season of ‘Velma.’

The new trailer was released on April 14. Max hinted at even more mysteries for Velma, writing the following in the video description:

“More mystery. More murder. And lots, lots more meddling.”

So, ‘Velma’ promises a larger and scarier mystery for its second season. The trailer shows Velma and her friends up against a new villain who targets men.

Season 1 Wasn’t What Fans Wanted

‘Velma’ first appeared on Max in January 2023. The second season will start streaming on April 25, 2024. Max also released a new poster for the season with the phrase ‘Twice the meddling.’

The show features Velma as a clever and often sarcastic teenager trying to solve her mother’s disappearance. Reimagined versions of the Scooby-Doo characters Fred Jones, Daphne Blake, and Norville Rogers accompany her.

Scooby-Doo fans didn’t really like ‘Velma’s first season because it took a different path from the original cartoons. It still remains the only Scooby-Doo-related show available on Max right now. Warner Bros. has not announced any other new movies or shows for 2024.
