A new season for ‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law’ has not yet been approved by Disney, but producer Wendy Jacobson already has some plot ideas for it. Jacobson recently shared with ComicBook:
“I don’t know the answer to that question. I mean, if we’re doing more ‘She-Hulk…’ What I love about She-Hulk is just kind of being in this character’s everyday life. It’s a woman in her thirties, trying to navigate her life and her career and her friendships, and oh, she just happens to also be able to turn into a Hulk. So, I think I would love to explore more of that.”
She added:
“There’s also a run in the comics where she goes into space and she’s adjudicating cases for the Living Tribunal. So, I either want to be super, super grounded in L.A. or I want to take her out into the multiverse, or into the universe.”
No Plans For Season 2 Right Now
‘She-Hulk’ Season 1 starred Tatiana Maslany as Jennifer Walters, along with Jameela Jamil as Mary MacPherran/Titania and Ginger Gonzaga as Nikki Ramos. The show’s 9-episode run wrapped up in October 2022.
Despite mixed reactions to its visual effects, ‘She-Hulk’ received mostly positive reviews, especially for Maslany’s performance. Still, the actress said a new season didn’t seem likely in the near future. She told NerdIncorrect on Twitch earlier this year:
“I don’t think so. I think we blew our budget, and Disney was like, ‘No, thanks.’”
Although Season 2 is not officially scrapped, it remains on hold after Disney’s decision to release fewer Marvel projects yearly to make up for recent financial losses caused by ‘superhero fatigue.’
