Kathryn Hahn Shares A Cryptic Message On Her Future In MCU After ‘Agatha All Along’

Hahn believes it’s a nice way to say goodbye.

In a new interview, Kathryn Hahn talked about the season finale of ‘Agatha All Along’ and whether she has plans to return to the MCU in the future. Regarding the situation of saying goodbye like this, she stated, “This was a beautiful way to say goodbye.”

The season finale of ‘Agatha All Along’ ended with Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn) sacrificing herself to save Billy Maximoff (Joe Locke) by planting a kiss on her ex-lover Rio Vidal, aka Death (Aubrey Plaza).

In the final moments of the episode, Harkness returns in spirit form and accompanies Wiccan on his quest to locate his brother, Tommy.

Hahn told the LA Times, “Even though obviously now Billy/Wiccan is not her son, there is some sort of hope for her that she’s able to maybe do for him what she couldn’t do for Nicky. I think they do make a great team. Of course, I love this part, and I love Joe Locke madly, and we’ll see what the future holds.” Hahn continued, “In my mind, this was a beautiful and satisfying way to say goodbye to this incredible character I had the chance to play.”

Disney has submitted the series in the comedy categories for the upcoming awards season, including the Golden Globes, SAG Awards, and next year’s Emmys.

Here are the Television Academy’s criteria for limited series: “The program must tell a complete, non-repeating story and not have a continuing story or main characters in subsequent seasons.”

On the other hand, the ‘Vision’ series was described as “the third installment of a trilogy that began with ‘WandaVision’ and continued with ‘Agatha All Along.’”

The series centers on the character Agatha Harkness, played by Kathryn Hahn from Marvel Studios’ ‘WandaVision,’ who embarks on a dangerous and mysterious adventure full of trials and tribulations. Showrunner Jac Schaeffer, the creative force behind ‘WandaVision,’ directs the pilot.
