Joaquín Torres’ New Falcon Suit Looks Oddly Similar To Spider-Man’s The Vulture

His suit may remind you of the Spider-Man villain.

Joaquín Torres’ new suit raises questions.

Torres will be the new Falcon for ‘Captain America: Brave New World,’ and his suit was recently leaked in a McDonald’s ad. The suit has colors and designs similar to the comics, but it overall reminded many of The Vulture from Spider-Man.

Joaquín Torres first appeared in ‘The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.’ Marvel Comics fans will probably see this as a nod to the comics where Torres becomes the new Falcon after Sam Wilson.

You can take a look at the new suit below.

Fans Weren’t So Pleased

Some fans pointed out to the similarity between the suits on Twitter:

“I know they’re both bird related, but honestly, [it] looks like a little bit of Vulture.”

Another agreed:

“Reminds me of the old school Spider-Man comics, where there were these people working for Vulture. But they were in orange, I think.”

‘Captain America: Brave New World’ is highly anticipated, though. It stars Anthony Mackie as Captain America, Carl Lumbly, Tim Blake Nelson, Liv Tyler, Harrison Ford, Shira Haas, and Rosa Salazar in various roles. The film had some reshoots and a rewrite of the screenplay, and it’s now set to release on February 14 next year.
