Ryan Reynolds’ ‘IF’ Has A Hilarious Deadpool Easter Egg

‘IF’ has a hidden Deadpool reference for curious fans.

Ryan Reynolds’ new movie ‘IF’ has a funny surprise for Deadpool fans.

‘IF’ is a kids’ movie about a girl named Bea (Cailey Fleming) who can see Imaginary Friends (IFs) in real life. She goes on an adventure to help these imaginary friends find a new purpose.

Brad Pitt is credited for playing a character named Keith in ‘IF.’ The funny part is — Keith is never actually seen or heard in the movie. He is just an invisible obstacle that characters trip over. Reynolds’ character Cal trips over Keith several times, and at the end of the movie, so does John Krasinski’s character.

This joke is even funnier because Pitt played another invisible character in ‘Deadpool 2.’ He was Vanisher, who got electrocuted and died in a very short scene.

Can We See Vanisher in the New Deadpool Movie?

There is a chance that this running joke with Pitt’s invisible characters may continue in ‘Deadpool & Wolverine.’ The film is set to come out on July 26, and considering the surprises teased all along, Vanisher may appear in it again.

Actually, it would be funny if Deadpool and Wolverine brought Pitt’s Vanisher into the MCU without actually showing him.

‘IF’ is currently in theaters. ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ will be released later this summer.
