Netflix Set To Launch ‘Stranger Season’ Special For ‘Stranger Things’ Finale

‘Stranger Things’ is coming to an end, and Netflix is launching ‘Stranger Season’ to celebrate.

Netflix is preparing to launch a special event called Stranger Season next year to celebrate the final season of Stranger Things.

As per The Hollywood Reporter, the event will include merchandise and activities around the world to get us ready for the finale. This will be Netflix’s way of saying goodbye to one of its most popular shows.

We will see collaborations with big brands like Pandora, Polly Pocket, and Peloton as part of ‘Stranger Season.’ A comic book series called ‘Stranger Things and Dungeons & Dragons: The Rise of Hellfire’ will also be released by Dark Horse Comics.

Netflix will also host screenings of movies that inspired the show at the Egyptian Theater in Los Angeles. ‘Ghostbusters,’ ‘The Shining,’ ‘The Thing,’ and ‘Poltergeist’ will be shown. The screenings will end with a special episode from the second season of ‘Stranger Things,’ called ‘Chapter 2: Trick or Treat, Freak.’

The final season will follow Eleven, Mike, Dustin, and their friends as they face Vecna. It’s unclear if they’ll be able to stop Vecna from taking over the world, but we will get the answers when the new episodes arrive next year. The exact release date for the final season hasn’t been announced yet, but it’s expected to premiere sometime in 2025.

‘Stranger Things Day’ is also coming on November 6. It marks the date when Will Byers disappeared in the series.
